terms of use.
imbros.ai is a dilman.tech initiative. Everything on it is the original work of Ferhat Dilman. This includes the CCI Manifesto, the Synapse Dispatch, the writing, the code, the design, and the visual work. It is protected by copyright from the moment it is created. Under the Berne Convention that protection is automatic in Turkey, the United States, and most countries. No registration is required for it to exist.
What you may do. You may read this site, share links to it, and quote short passages for criticism, comment, review, or news, as long as you attribute the work to Ferhat Dilman and link back to the original page. Normal fair use and fair dealing are welcome. The idea of Collective Conscious Intelligence is meant to be discussed and built upon. You are free to think with it and to make your own work from it.
What you may not do. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, translate, or adapt this content in whole or in substantial part without written permission. This covers reproducing the full CCI Manifesto, any Dispatch issue, or the site text and design on another website, in print, or anywhere else. Copyright protects my specific expression, the actual words, structure, and examples I chose. Someone can write about the same subjects in their own words. They cannot copy mine.
Machine learning and automated use. I do not grant permission to reproduce this content into machine learning training sets, language model corpora, or other automated data sets. Text and data mining rights are reserved.
Licensing and permission. Licensing requests, syndication, and permission to reproduce are all welcome. Write to ferhat@dilman.tech and tell me what you have in mind.
